Mandala is a closed geometrical form container either of the figurative drawings or of the geometrical forms of which the goal is to lead the glance of the spectator towards his center.
The Mandala term comes from the Sanskrit: “circle”, however all the mandalas are not spherical, it indicates a cosmological figure used as central assistance and guide for the meditation. Each diagram represents the universe by means of images and the follower penetrates in the mandala by imagination, concentrating successively on each one of his levels and absorbing the logic of his form as it approaches the center. Buddhists, Celts, Maya, catholics or Moslems, the mandalas were used by many cultures and religions.
